The mission of Roy Carpenter’s Beach Association Inc. is to offer social, recreational, and family-oriented activities from mid-June through Labor Day. In addition, the Association’s Board of Directors will work collaboratively with the management of RCB, Inc. to maintain a safe, unique style of community living for its membership.
